CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME

All items are handmade when ordered. Our current production time is 5-7 business days for most items, unless otherwise noted. 

If your order is for a special occasion, please order early allowing plenty of time for production and delivery. 
    Rush Orders: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept rush orders at this time.
    Express Shipping: At this time we do not offer express or overnight shipping services.

      Standard Shipping 48 Continental US States

      • We determine the delivery method (USPS or FedEx) by the size of the package at the time of shipment. Most orders ship via USPS. 
      • Standard shipping delivery time may range from 2-7 business days, depending on your shipping address.
      • Orders are shipped from North Augusta, South Carolina 
      • You can only specify one shipping address per order.
      • You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
      • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
      Delivery / Estimated Delivery Times

      Any delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. All Months Decor is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other causes beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any fees associated with rerouting packages or delivery attempts. 

      Please make sure that your address is correct and that you have a safe place for your package to arrive. All Months Decor is not liable for theft or any other loss after delivery.

       

      Packaging 

      All items are individually handcrafted and shipped from a smoke and pet free environment. All orders are packaged neatly within a cardboard box with white tissue paper or clear cellophane. Upon arrival you may need to gently fluff and adjust items due to boxed shipping conditions.

       

      How Can I Track My Package?

      A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. You can use your tracking number on the carrier's website to check the status of your shipment and see your expected delivery date.

      Tracking numbers beginning with a 9 have been sent via US Mail, and can be tracked via https://www.usps.com/manage/welcome.htm.

      Tracking numbers that are 12 or 15-20 digits long have been sent via FedEx, and can be tracked via http://www.fedex.com/tracking/

       
      Will the carrier leave my package if I am not at home?

      Most orders are shipped signature not required by default unless signature confirmation is requested before purchase; however, the delivery carrier may decide to require a signature depending on the value or destination. 

      High value orders may require an adult signature at our discretion.

       


       

      RETURN POLICY

      We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is carefully inspected after production and before shipping. We accept returns for non-custom items within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be authorized. Please follow the steps below to request return authorization. 

      The following items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

      • Custom or Personalized Items
      • Custom Made Bows & Door Hangers

      To Request Return Authorization

      • We must be contacted within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
      • If you have received a damaged item, clear pictures showing the damaged packaging and product will be requested.
      • Returns must be in new, unused condition, packaged within the original box.
      • The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package. 
      • The return must be shipped or postmarked within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
      • Qualifying returns will receive a refund to the original payment method. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is the result of our error. 
      If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We are unable to refund if items indicate signs of use or damage from use.

       

      Exchanges / Store Credit

      At this time, we do not offer exchanges or store credit for returned items.

       

      Packages Returned To Sender

      All Months Decor is not responsible for packages lost or misdirected due to customer error of address information, unclaimed, undeliverable, refused, or returned to sender. If returned to sender, the buyer will be responsible for charges to reship. Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

       

      Colors / Variations
      Each item is handmade and may slightly vary from images shown. Colors may slightly vary due to variations in individual monitor settings, dye lots, and photography lighting. Dye lots may vary from order to order. Dye lots may also vary if ordered in different styles in the same color, or if multiples of the same style are ordered separately. Please be aware that wreaths may slightly vary in shape, texture, and thickness. 

       

      Substitutions
      We reserve the right to make minor substitutions in the event a material is unavailable or discontinued. Care is taken to maintain the style and color scheme with a comparable material of equal or greater value. We will notify you if any major substitution is needed.

       


       

      Cancellations

      If you wish to cancel your order, you may contact us to request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase provided that shipment has not occurred.

      Orders may be cancelled by us for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation may include: 

      • A duplicate order was placed
      • Information needed to complete your order was incomplete
      • The item(s) became unavailable
      • We are unable to ship to the address provided
      • Inaccuracies or errors in the pricing or product information

      If your order has one of the above issues, we will contact you regarding your order using the email address submitted with the order. 

       

      All Months Decor product images & visual aspects may not be used or manipulated in any way for commercial use without our permission. Images may be used for non-commercial use but must include credit where appropriate.
